Protect Employee’s Rights on the Job

Unorganized employee’s are at the mercy of their employers.  With today’s changing economy, many companies are downsizing their staff and outsourcing work.  We believe that America’s workforce is one of our nation’s most important assets and should be strengthened rather than weakened.  We provide protection for our members, giving them security in uncertain times.

Provide Better Working Conditions

Members are ensured a safe workplace by enforcing guidelines put forth by workplace safety management agencies.  Unlike in the past, employees are provided a safe work environment.  Members are given a strong voice to express their concerns.
